About the Certification
Why metrics literacy matters
Metrics are everywhere in modern delivery. DORA scores, velocity charts, burn-downs, lead times. But too often, teams measure what is easy rather than what is meaningful, or worse, create incentives that actively harm delivery.
The Metrics certification gives you a structured understanding of the major measurement frameworks used in software delivery: Flow Metrics, DORA, SPACE, and Evidence-Based Management. More importantly, it teaches you how to select the right metrics for your context, interpret them correctly, and avoid the anti-patterns that make metrics harmful.
This course gives Scrum Masters and delivery professionals the literacy they need to facilitate meaningful conversations about what the numbers they are monitoring mean and how they can be used to drive increased effectiveness.
